Courtney Knepp of Knepp Worth Dressage is a traveling Dressage Trainer, meaning she comes comes to you, at your facility, and teaches you on your horse. Courtney is patient, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and most importantly fun!

At Knepp Worth Dressage, Courtney believes in a personalized approach to training both horse and rider. We tailor our methods to suit the unique needs and abilities of each individual, ensuring a positive and effective learning experience. Courtney's training foundation comes from Classical Dressage, and every principle from Classical Dressage. This means, that Courtney is patient in her training, she takes the time to develop the correct muscling of the horse. This, in turn, creates a happy horse that will have a long career. The same thing applies to the rider. Patience, and an inviting learning atmosphere, creates training that is constructive to everyone! Courtney will get to know you and your horse, and will know when to push you, and when to be patient. She will restore the harmony between you and your horse, so that riding is always fun! That is what it should be, that is why we ride, because it is fun! Let Courtney help you get back to that, if your harmony has gotten off kilter. She will be right by your side the whole time!

Knepp Worth Dressage has been a labor of love, driven by a passion for nurturing the partnership between horse and rider. Courtney has been passionate about this since she was a child. She has a lifetime of experience, with knowledge from many great trainers. She has an equine entrepreneurship degree from Lake Erie College. She rode on the Dressage team at Lake Erie. At Lake Erie, Kelly Theisan was her only mentor. After graduating college, the trainers that really shaped her, were Michelle LaBarre and Alex Robertson. Courtney loves Classical Dressage, but she loves even more, helping every horse and rider be the best they can be. Courtney's journey is one of continuous learning, growth, and dedication to the art of classical dressage. That is why she loves dressage, there is always something to learn. Every client is an opportunity to learn more. Her clients become family to her.
